A 4-week Mindfulness Collective for Women in Midlife

What you can expect:

    • Weekly Live Coaching + Meditations with Katy
      Each week we’ll gather for a live teaching and guided meditation. These calls are a chance to reset, learn, and connect with other women on the same journey.
    • Daily Guided Meditations (Audio + Video)
      An all-new library of practices to meet you wherever you are — breath awareness, grounding, compassion, gratitude, and stillness. You’ll build a sustainable daily practice, one you’ll keep long after the 40 days end.
    • Weekly Themes + Journal Prompts
      You’ll receive reflection prompts and affirmations to help you integrate what you’re learning into everyday life.
    • Gentle Lifestyle Awareness Practices
      Rather than rigid rules, you’ll be guided to notice how you move, eat, rest, and consume (including alcohol) — with mindfulness and honesty.
      As you become more conscious, your choices will naturally align with how you want to feel.
    • Small Accountability Circles
      You’ll be paired with a small, supportive group of women for check-ins, encouragement, and reflection. A space to feel seen, supported, and held accountable — because true change happens in community.
    • Optional Private Community Space
      A place to share insights, wins, and struggles — to remember that you’re not doing this alone.
