      A live monthly call (held the last Sunday of each month) led by Katy that includes:

      • Gentle teaching to deepen your practice

      • Space for reflection, integration, and real-life application

      (Calls are recorded and available if you can’t attend live.)

      Each month, you’ll receive new audio & video meditations to support:

      • Presence and grounding

      • Nervous system regulation

      • Self-trust and intuition

      • Living the practice off the cushion

      These meditations build into a growing library you can return to anytime.
