We begin Sunday 5/11The Mindful Reset is a gentle two-week virtual program and accountability group designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and realign with the habits that support your most vibrant life.
This isn’t about adding more to your plate — it’s about clearing space and recommitting to the things you already know make you feel well and good.
Through daily accountability, mindful eating, movement, and meditation, we'll create a foundation of well-being to take us into the summer feeling lighter, clearer, and more empowered.
This is not a diet or workout plan. It's a homecoming to the wisdom you already hold within.
You are designed to feel well and good, but the truth is...
Most of us don't feel that way.
Between life, kids, and work, sometimes it's hard to juggle it all, and we don't make the best choices when it comes to our mental and physical health.
The Mindful Reset is simply a two-week pause from the business of our lives to return home to some of these simple concepts, with the support of a small group, and recommit to taking care of ourselves.
We KNOW how to do these things - sometimes we just need a gentle reminder.
Join me, as I too, commit to these daily practices and finish this spring feeling empowered, energized, and confident.

A 2-week mindful eating plan (along with recipes) for you to customize for your own needs (this is not a diet - simply inspiration and guides).
What's being asked of YOU...
- Commit to a daily meditation practice - whatever that looks like for you (recommend at least 5 minutes a day - I will help you with this)
- Eat whole, nutritious foods that fuel your body
- Mindful movement every day for 30 minutes
- 7-8 hours of sleep (at a minimum) each night
- Cut out alcohol, sugar, and processed foods, and limit caffeine
- Create better habits/boundaries around our phones, scrolling, and social media
- Be honest, aware, and accountable with yourself (and our group) for the next two weeks.

..And for those of you who don't already know me,
I'm Katy
An avid lover of the ocean, good food, and spending time with those I love. I'm a mom of four, chef, registered yoga teacher, certified meditation teacher and practitioner and dedicated to living my life in my truest alignment.
But it wasn't always that way. For decades I lived feeling overwhelmed with raising four kids, not knowing how to care, nourish and love myself, let alone understand who I am.
For the past 9 years I've been on my own journey of radical self love. To find ways to invite more ease and joy into my life, no matter what's happening in my outside world.
And I want to share what I've learned with all of you. In no way am I an expert at personal growth, but I have learned so much along my path, and I want to share it with you. To sit in community along side you.
I believe strongly that the world is in need of healing, and it begins with each of us learning to love and rewaken our own hearts. Allowing that spark within us to reignite the hearts of all those around us.
The journey to find peace and love in our worlds begins with us first finding that within ourselves.
